We all carry something. Some burdens are visible .. etched into tired eyes, woven into conversations left unfinished. Others are invisible, tucked away in quiet corners of the heart, known only to the ones who bear them.We carry memories .. some warm, like sunlight filtering through leaves; others heavy, pressing against the ribs like an ache that never fully fades. We carry words .. things said to us long ago that still echo, shaping the way we see ourselves. We carry dreams .. some we chase, some we have quietly set down, unsure if we will ever pick them up again. Not all burdens need to be carried forever. Some weights we hold onto out of habit, not necessity. Some sorrows stay with us not because they belong, but because we have never allowed ourselves to put them down. What if we loosened our grip? What if we let go of the guilt, the expectations, the old versions of ourselves that no longer fit? What if we carried only what nourishes us.. love, hope, kindness? Not everything needs to be held. Some things are meant to be set free. And in learning what to carry and what to release, we lighten our steps, making room for what was always meant to be ours.
