Life is not just the passing of time. Life is a collection of “experiences”. the frequency & intensity of those experiences

It’s worthwhile to ponder the nature of time and its relationship to life. As quoted above, Bill Bailey and Jim Rohn both observed that life is not just the passing of time, but rather a collection of experiences – their frequencies and intensities. Time is not simply a measure of the duration of our existence, but rather a gift, a consciousness that allows us to be and to feel.
However, why do we oft find ourselves beset with anxieties about time? It is because we are plagued by uncertainty, the future that remains unpredictable and uncontrollable. Yet, in the grand scheme of the boundlessness of space and the infinity of time, our worries and apprehensions are trite.
I implore you to contemplate this: when we immerse ourselves entirely in the present moment, it appears to be a quantum of quality time that is well-utilized. Does this not imply that time and life are inextricably linked? Perhaps we created the concept of time as a means of controlling life, as much as we are able.
But why waste precious moments worrying about time when we could focus on enjoying the present? A moment, five minutes well spent, is a life well-lived. So let us cherish each moment, let us be mindful and present in the now. For it is in the now that we truly live.
Remember.
Life is not just the passing of time. Life is a collection of “experiences”. the frequency & intensity of those experiences
It’s time to add a slice into the Ponder Series. As we journey through life, we often take for granted the complexities and wonders that make us who we are. But have you ever stopped to consider the incredible amount of information that exists within our own bodies? Each and every one of us is made up of an astounding 100 trillion cells, each containing a DNA molecule that holds within it a wealth of information.
Just one of these DNA molecules holds the equivalent of 3 billion different subjects, enough to fill 1,000 volumes of books with 1 million pages each. Imagine lining up all of those pages, end to end. They would stretch from the North Pole to the Equator. And even if we were to read them nonstop, 24 hours a day, it would take us 100 years to finish.
But here’s the truly mind-boggling part: this vast library of information exists within something as small and seemingly insignificant as a single hair or fingernail. How is it possible that such a vast amount of knowledge could be contained within something so minuscule?
It is a reminder that the universe is full of mysteries and wonders, and that we are constantly discovering new things about ourselves and the world around us. And it’s not just science, but also the spiritual side of things that makes us so much more than we think we are. So, next time you look at your hair, remember that within it, there is a universe of information, waiting to be discovered.
Attention Abundance – Fine art from The Border of a Mind Studios.
A topic that I’ve pondered a lot on crafting several portions of this blog is undivided attention and its grace. Attention, in its purest form, is an act of generosity that requires an immense amount of selflessness and discipline. When we give someone our full attention, we are gifting them with our most precious commodity – time. Time is a non-renewable resource, once spent it can never be regained. In this way, attention is the rarest form of generosity because it is a one-way transaction, one that can never be reciprocated.
In an age of constant distractions, where our attention is pulled in a million different directions, giving someone our full attention has become an increasingly challenging task. It requires a level of mental fortitude and a steadfast commitment to the present moment. In a world where the next shiny object is always just a click or swipe away, the ability to focus and give someone our undivided attention is a truly remarkable and valuable skill. It is one that, when practiced, can deepen connections, foster understanding, and create a sense of empathy and compassion. Attention is not only a gift to the recipient, but it is also a gift to ourselves, as it allows us to fully engage with the world around us, and to live in the present moment. Personally, I was able to have deep personal connections with people with whom this has resonated well and they’re an integral part of my mental space. And in all probability, they’re reading these lines now. Grateful for taking your precious time in glancing at these lines.

Have you ever found yourself in the midst of difficulty and wondered why these things were happening to you? It’s natural to feel frustrated and stressed when things don’t go as planned, whether it’s a car accident that wasn’t your fault, losing your car keys, or even not making it through an exam or project that you were well-prepared for.
But the truth is, there is a reason why everything happens. And while it can be hard to remember this when we’re in the thick of it, the fact is that we often only know the goodness or the divine plan behind these events later on in time.
That’s why it’s so important to trust in divine timing. This doesn’t mean that we should sit back and do nothing, but rather that we should focus on our efforts and let go of the heaviness of bringing outcomes under our control. By trusting in the larger plan, we can alleviate our minds and have a more positive frame of mind, knowing that there is a purpose behind everything that happens.
So the next time you’re faced with a difficult situation, remember to trust in divine timing. It might not always be easy, but it can help you navigate challenges with grace and acceptance, and give you the strength and perspective you need to move forward.
Pay attention to whatever it is that brings you joy, whatever it is that gives you a moment of peace, a glimmer of hope. Hold on to it and make sure to prioritize it in your life. It doesn’t matter what it is, even if it seems small or insignificant. It could be a cup of coffee, the smell of rain, or your favorite song. It could be your friend’s laughter or the way the sky looks through the trees in your favorite park. If it keeps you going and ignites something within you, hold on to it and let it brighten you.

In order to live a peaceful and sincere life, it is important to maintain an even tempered demeanour and graceful attitude towards events and encounters in life, no matter how large or small it is. We should not idolize things and believe that they exist outside of God’s control. Saying things like “this medicine will work for me” or “my boss will be angry” are just thoughts created by God. It is wrong to let these events control us and make us forget about God.
It is essential to stay connected to God and understand that everything is created by Him. By doing this, we can try to understand the messages that God is sending and stay aligned and peaceful within. Life can be beautiful, even with its challenges and hardships, which are also a part of God’s plan.
We should not let ourselves be controlled by events and forget about God. Instead, we should strive to maintain our connection with Him and understand that everything including conditions, events, thoughts, situtations etc are created by Him. By following this path, we can find beauty in life, even in the midst of difficulties. This is a miracle of God.

Failure is only a temporary setback on the road to success, as long as you have the courage and ambition to keep trying. Persistence is the key to victory.
We have all experienced failure at some point in our lives. Maybe we didn’t get the job we wanted, or we didn’t get accepted into our dream school. Maybe we failed a test or a project at work didn’t turn out the way we wanted. Whatever the situation, it’s easy to feel discouraged and want to give up.
But here’s the thing: failure is not the end. It’s simply a temporary setback on the road to success. As long as you have the courage and ambition to keep pushing forward, you can turn that failure into a success.

So if you’re feeling down about a recent failure, don’t give up. Remember that failure is only a temporary setback, and with courage and persistence, you can turn it into a victory. Keep pushing forward, and don’t let anything stand in your way.
Let me start by saying that this is not another “discover your passion” cliché post telling you to quit your work and pursue something different. This is a gentle breeze of thoughts on you and me to find time to facilitate and develop a personal vision. This piece of writing will not criticize you for your decisions or blame you for your current predicament. There are many aspects of our fleeting existence over which we have no control. In reality, we are helpless actors in a pre-written screenplay. Aren’t we ? Let’s delve into a much more deeper contemplation.
What would you do if you could do anything regardless of money? What is it about which you are genuinely passionate about? Think about it for a minute, I’ll wait : )
Don’t go to the next tab or keep scrolling. Before we go any farther, let’s think about it and come up with some quick answers because you most probably won’t spend any other time than instances like this to do it.
Not everyone is fortunate to do what they love for work, but let’s just think about it for a while. You could be working a bustling job right now, and you’re presumably in a haste to get everything accomplished for today. But, as not many people may ask you this now, what was your childhood dream job? While it may seem weird to return to your childhood aspirations, they may not be far from what you would be delighted doing. Sure, not everyone can become an astronaut, but the desire to pursue that vocation comes from somewhere. Consider your ideal work. Even if you no longer want it, the former ambition may assist you discover out what inspires you.
We need to find time to have a personal vision about our life. In many aspects, it is similar to a compass that shows direction. It helps you make vital judgments. Once developed, our outlined personal vision might help us discover our genuine interests. Most of the time, we are rushed and do not take the time to describe our personal vision. Our personal values are what we hold close for steering how we work and live. Our values shape our own priorities and goals. And they often serve as a barometer of whether or not our lives and careers are unfolding as we would want. Curating this particular vision is akin to finding who we really are – our genuine or full selves. Personal vision is the intersection of our values, beliefs, and feeling of purpose. We’ll be that much closer to living a fulfilling life driven by our interests once we become conscious of this vision, which will of course be different for you and me. Occasionally, mindfulness and goal writing assist me in refining and curating the vision. The bottom line is that understanding how to identify your passion and living a fulfilled life all boil down to knowing and doing what you really like. There’s a lot to be said about putting in the time and effort to figure out what your strengths are — and then venturing outside of your comfort zone to put your newfound knowledge to use.
Our lives are limited, and having a personal vision may help us find fulfillment and contentment in many aspects of our lives. God bless your pals.

What makes you happy? Not joking, seriously asking. What is it you smiling face reading this ? : )

What elements of your life do you want people to remember once you‘re gone?

We may assume that living life to the fullest entails seeing every place on the planet, leaving our jobs on the spur of the moment, and falling madly in love, but it’s really just realizing how to be where your feet are. It’s learning to look for oneself, to build a home inside your own skin, to look within us. It is learning to live a basic life that we are proud of. A fully lived existence is made up of things that progressively tell us that it’s good to slow down rather than things that jolt us awake. That we do not always need to prove ourselves. That we don’t have to battle forever or always seek more. That it’s OK for things to be the way they are. We will gradually realize that life can only manifest outward in proportion to how steady it is in the inner realms of our mind.If the pleasure is not found in the tiny things first, the large things will not completely find us. God bless.
